This recording was commissioned for a documentary film of the same name, featuring 14 of Japan's leading modern architects, including Tadao Ando, Hiroshi Hara, Toyo Ito and Arata Isozaki, among others.

Most of the music here is free-form improvisation of guitar and sax, sometimes with drum machine providing rhythm and texture.

The CD also features two reworked Pfeuti pieces that feature in the opening and closing credits of the film.
