Missing Man Foundation was originally formed after an invitation to appear at the JapanCorps opening party in Paris in March 2001. Unfortunately, the Seine was flooded, and the party was to take place on a boat.

What came out of this meeting were several sessions of electronic improvisations. Standoffs of sampler vs. drum machine, or guitar vs. analog filters take place over a very textured 55 minutes.
